An Anniversary to Remember (or maybe forget!)

Injured achilles tendon; completely ruptured, followed by surgery

Reinjured achilles tendon; completely ruptured, plus a deep laceration to my ankle, followed by surgery
Yuck!
I think that from now on, when it is around 10:30 on any given Thursday morning I will pay more attention to what I am doing. You never know what an anniversary may bring!
But one thing we do know - He is so very good and kind. Thank you for your prayers and thoughts of concern. I am doing very well!

We have the same frame of mind with Kara. She will be sitting on the couch on December first this year. We only have to keep her still for one day, you have many Thursday mornings ahead!
I am so sorry to hear of your re-injury. We started praying as soon as we heard, and will continue to do so. Here's to a speedy recovery!
It was quite a surprise to get a comment from you the day after yourterrible fall. I really appreciate that you take time out to read my blog and share your thoughts. Emma is good so far, but I'm only a few chapters into it. Now that I've finished one Jane Austen novel, its easier to get into this one. her writing style is quite unique but I enjoy it.
I'm sure its a bit soon to make plans, but I'll be having a gathering to watch the new P&P on March 3. You and your daughters are welcome to come if you are feeling up to it.
And we are also praying for your recovery!
